Tasting Notes: 
The 2013 Urban Uco Sauvignon Blanc is picked in two tries and fermented in stainless steel. It has a fresh, vibrant bouquet with freshly cut lime, melon, crushed stone and dewy Granny Smith apples with touches of gooseberry and citrus peel on the palate. Crisp and tasty, it has fine delineation and precision, a Sauvignon Blanc of finesse rather than power and an outstanding value.
