Region: Maule Valley

Tasting Notes:
The 2012 Urban Maule Cabernet Sauvignon was produced from dry-farmed, un-grafted Cabernet Sauvignon (100 years old!). The grapes fermented in stainless steel vats and were aged for three months in oak barrels. This is quite dark, with ripe aromas, showing hints of plums and blueberries. It has very fine-grained tannins, with good freshness and ripe flavours.
