750 ml

Varietals: Pinot Gris

Vinification:
fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, 7 months ageing time

Serving Temperature:
10-12° C

Tasting Notes:
Pale green-yellow. Fine fresh apple fruit, honey melon and a hint of wild herbs. On the palate juicy, elegant texture, white tropical fruit aromas, descreet acidity. Fresh citrus flavours and pleasant minerality on the finish. A multi-layered food companion.

Reviews:
“A subdued pear juiciness mingles with subtle wood smoke on the nose. The palate is juicier and fruitier than those aromas suggest, but it also has a lovely tiptoe lightness and lemony brightness. This is subtle, light and elegant with a wonderfully juicy finish.” – Anne Krebiehl MW, Wine Enthusiast

“Bright yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate nutty touch of fresh quince, delicate herbal spice, inviting bouquet. Juicy, medium body, delicate pear and chamomile, fine acidity, salty-mineral reverberation.” – Falstaff Magazine
