Density of plantation: 5700 feet per hectare
Cut: double Guyot.
Maximum yield: 60 hectolitres per hectare.
Upkeep of the grounds by ploughing and digging.
Organic culture only.

VINIFICATION:
Cuttings in September.
Inflatable press, filling by gravity.
Farmed on thin dregs.
Combined using bentonite.
Lightly filtered on argile. No animal products.
Bottled from February to June.

TASTING:
Pale gold appearance.
Open nose with notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon).
In the mouth, nice sharp attack, powerful, marked by the minerality.

Drinkable between 2 and 5 years at the start of the meal with oysters or sea food.
