Massaya Classic Red, 2012



Grape Varieties: Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah

The Classic is an easy drinking red wine made from 60% Cinsault, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Syrah. The tastes of cherries and raspberries with some spice for kick (thanks, to Syrah!) makes it easy to pair this wine with just about anything! This wine was kept in concrete vats for eight months in order to develop character and preserve the fruit characteristics before bottling.
