Light, bright yellow-gold. Dried peach and pear aromas are lifted by notes of lemon pith and minerals, with a subtle herbal quality in the background. Smooth and fleshy but focused, offering a range of dried and fresh citrus and orchard fruit flavors. A licorice nuance carries through the long, gently spicy finish. Interesting stuff: this would appeal to fans of white Rhone wines
