95% Syrah co-fermented with 5% Viognier, K Vintners' 2009 "Beautiful" Syrah Walla Walla Valley has beauty and brains. It leads with an inviting perfume of red and black fruits lifted by spicy, floral notes and hints of smoke, but there's a lot going on the palate too. It's intense and lush, with incredible concentration and density. Minerals and sweet tobacco notes accent layers of fruit and exotic spice on the finish. A "beautiful" rendition of classic of Walla Walla Syrah.
