Gewürztraminer Sonnenglanz Grand Cru, 2010

14%

750 ml.

Grape Varieties: Gewürztraminer

The 2010 Gewürztraminer Sonnenglanz Grand Cru benefits, like in many years, from the precision of an early botrytis which, in combination with the pronounced acidity, gives an elegant and stimulating sweet and bitter wine in the moelleux style. Bottled with approximately 50 grams per liter of residual sugar the 2010 is concentrated, clear, fresh, precise and spicy on the nose, displaying orange zest, lemon and grapefruit flavors although the bouquet is far from being fully developed. Piquant, sweet, fresh and mineral on the palate this is a young and straight, dense and firmly structured, long and very mineral Sonnenglanz Gewurz full of hope and tension. The wine is super balanced and focused, rich on the one hand, lifted and surprisingly filigreed on the other. The finish is very long and stimulating due to the salty aftertaste. A great, very promising Gewurztraminer
