For this cuvee Dorli used Syrah and St. Laurent. She used grapes which were grown on her Spitzerberg at places where the roots could store a bit more water which resulted in a much more fruity and spicy wine. The handpicked wine matured in oak for 24 months and is full body and very aromatic and a fabulous food companion. Falstaff: 92 Points
