tasting notes:

2014 Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu Classic is the same split of Grenache and Syrah but was raised in concrete as opposed to stainless steel. It offers lots of jammy strawberry and black cherry fruit as well as notions of white pepper and tons of savory spice. Medium-bodied, lively and fresh, yet with plenty of texture and sweet tannin, it’s another high quality red from this estate geared for near term drinking. Robert Parker: 89 points
