Left bank of the river called “Serein”.
South facing on hillsides with 20% slope.
Altitude medium-size: between 130 and 175 m.
Aspect on the frozen springs: important.

VINEYARD:
Density of plantation: 5700 feet per hectare.
Cut: double Guyot
Maximum yield: 55 hectolitres per hectare.
Upkeep of the grounds by ploughing and digging.
Organic culture only.
 
VINIFICATION:
Cuttings in September.
Inflatable press, filling by gravity.
Farmed on thin dregs.
Combined using bentonite.
Lightly filtered on argile. No animal products.
Bottled 14 months after the cuttings.

TASTING:
Nice pale gold appearance.
Intense nose with mineral notes.
In the mouth, sharp attack marked by the light minerality.
Long persistence in the mouth, pure and fresh.

Drinkable between 5 and 10 years. Ideal with snails or grilled lobster.
