Region: Leyda Valley
Tasting Notes:
The 2011 Centauri Sauvignon Blanc from the Leyda Valley has a pungent nose of gooseberry and fresh green asparagus that is well defined. The palate is well balanced with spicy, peppery, green fruit and a pleasant, rounded, generous pear and bell pepper-tinged finish.
