Grape Varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Dorsa

This dark, fruity and highly concentrated wine is the result of a perfect union between very ripe grapes and individual vineyard sites. Choosing the ideal harvesting time for these very different grape varieties is the greatest challenge. By pursuing an idea and without a plan we ended up with a wonderfully successful product without which our life as vintners would undoubtedly look different.
